This month we are focusing on a quick and easy lunch, or after school snack. It's a peanut butter and banana sandwich. Otherwise known as a PB2.


This meal packs a great amount of nutrition, is easy to make, and requires simple, cheap ingredients.


All you will need is bread, peanut butter, a banana, and a utensil used for spreading, such as a butter knife. If you have allergies to certain products, they are easy to swap out for ingredients that agree with your body. Please ask your parents for help the first time you try it.


There is also a surprise after the PB2 segment that will get you moving during those cold snowy days.
