Chef Academy

The Chef Academy program is a professional development opportunity for school food service managers to build culinary skills and inspire creativity for school food service environments. The program’s success is seen through newly developed menu items, developed on-site by cafeteria staff for full school division implementation.



Typical programs are set up as four 1/2-day sessions or two full days. The program includes planning calls with Chef Bonnie to target training needs and session goals.






Real Food For Kids is committed to working in collaboration with our partners to increase the quantities of healthful foods in our school systems, developing and delivering programs that educate our students and their families on making healthier lifestyle choices, and ensuring access to real whole foods for all school children.
