Do You Want Your Children to Have Healthy School Food?
Real Food for Kids unites parents and local leaders to improve school meals. We change school menus AND build a lasting commitment from administrators and elected officials to put our kids’ health first when making decisions around school food. Active commitment by parents and students in our school communities is key to affecting change. We’re continually forming new Parent Action Teams throughout the region to identify needs and initiate action on the local level as well as contributing to our core mission – improving school food so our kids can thrive academically, physically and emotionally - now and into adulthood.
Parent Action Teams are being launched in your communities! Join us at one of the sessions below to learn more about Real Food for Kids and what is happening to improve food in YOUR schools.
Bring your questions, concerns, and ideas about school meals. Together, we can improve the health and well-being of every kid today and for years to come!
